Our Mission
Pilots for Kids unites pilots from all backgrounds in a shared commitment to service; bringing hope, joy, and meaningful connection to children and families in hospitals, foster care, and shelters. Through holiday visits, special events, and acts of generosity, we provide games, meals, gifts, and quality time to support our communities and uplift children facing illness or hardship.

Community Events
Our special events unite aviators from across the industry for one single cause. They also provide caregivers with an introduction to aviation and some carefree time. Through these moments of fun, friendship, camaraderie and generosity, these gatherings help raise awareness and the resources needed to continue bringing joy, gifts, and encouragement to the children in our community who need it the most.
Foster Homes
During our visits with children in foster care, we make sure that every child, no matter their age or background, feels seen, valued and respected. We truly look forward to spending quality time with these curious kids, encouraging their dreams, and reminding them that their future is full of possibilities.
Hospitals
PFK is honored to bring gifts and treats , small moments of joy to hospitalized children. By far, the most meaningful part of every visit is simply being present. Sitting, talking, and sharing time with the families for as long as they would like helps make their day a little brighter and hearts a lot fuller.
Family Shelters
We visit several shelters which provide a safe-house for women and their children who are escaping domestic violence. Many families arrive at these homes with very little and our gifts may be the only gift these children receive during the holidays. Through conversation, games, and time together, we hope to provide a few smiles, laughter, and comfort during difficult times. We honor their resilience and earn their trust through true respect.
